I guess they had the final say when they hiked the taxes on garbage and others then supplied tons of cash for a study of the southbank. I believe the city needs to discover what is important to the vast majority of the city and not the smaller groups.

Im with ya Memaw. I would like to see that money used to stop just one murder. I see much more value in finding killers. If they want to keep on the same theme then maybe they should be tempting the child sex offenders before they strike again and hurt a kid.

I believe that DelRio knew he had to cover himself with his contract running out soon. It was overly kind for him to carry Lefwich for this long. Whether Garrard is the answer is still to be seen. It might even lead to Matt Jones moving back to the QB position.

When I joined the military in 85, the general consensus of the public was that if you are old enough to die for your country, you were old enough to drink in your country.
It was best to keep the alcohol on the base for the 18-20 year old drinking and it should stay that way. Military ID should allow a person to drink on the base at 18.
