This year’s event will be headlined by soon to be internationally known artist TOSCHA COMEAUX.  This Jazz/ Pop artist will perform with her band instantly recognizable standards as well has songs from her latest CD “This Could Be Love.”

Co-headlining this year’s Festival will be Trumpeter and Singer TEDDY WASHINGTON.  Mr. Washington is known throughout the First Coast as a master musician and bandsman. His Follies show is a “must see” for everyone.

JIMMY HILL and AVOP will round out the marquee with a soulful, funky yet spirt filled performance that has made him one of  the areas all-time favorites. JIMMY HILL and AVOP will keep you on your feet and fill you with praise when he takes the stage.

The Kuumba Festival is a project of the Carter G. Woodson Committee for Positive Education in Jacksonville, Inc., a 501-3© organization created specifically to improve the lives of African Americans on the First Coast through education.
